Hi, I’m Shelley

I am an ADHD coach with lived experience of ADHD, which means I understand both the challenges and the huge potential that comes with a neurodivergent mind. My coaching approach combines empathy, and a deep respect for the individuality of every client I work with. I have an armoury of tools to share with you, which will allow you show the world your best.

Alongside my coaching practice, I’m also a practising Lawyer. Years spent navigating high pressure environments, complex problem solving and demanding workloads have given me a unique perspective on how ADHD shows up in professional life and how you can harness your brains unique abilities.

I trained with Ester Barrett of Barrett Coaching, whose approach emphasises compassion, curiosity, and sustainable change. I am also an Associate Member of the Universal Coaching Alliance, Association of Coaching and ANUNCA: ADHD and Neurodiversity Universal Coaching Alliance, reflecting my commitment to accountable, ethical, high quality coaching practice.

I live in Cheshire with my husband and our dog, and when I’m not coaching or lawyering, you’ll usually find me reading, hiking in nature, travelling or diving into something new and sparkly that’s caught my ADHD curiosity. Sound familar ?
