Workplace coaching

ADHD in the workplace can be a source of brilliance, innovation, and energy, but it can also create misunderstandings. Workplace coaching provides structured, confidential support to help employees navigate their role with confidence, and the right adjustments.

I can take instruction from either an individual or an employee.

I can work either directly with you as an individual, or with both you and your manager to create a shared understanding and to develop practical strategies that genuinely support performance and wellbeing.

What workplace coaching offers

  • Individualised support for you as employee

  • It might be something as simple as helping you to consider whether or not to disclose your ADHD to your employer or to explore whether the role or industry is the right one for you

  • Focused sessions that help you understand your strengths, challenges, and working style and develop strategies that make your day to day role more manageable and sustainable.

  • Collaborative coaching with managers, if this is something which you choose to do. Sessions to build shared language, reduce misunderstandings, and create adjustments that actually work in practice .

  • Tools for managing time, prioritisation, communication, emotional regulation, and task initiation, all tailored to the specific demands of your role.

  • Support with reasonable adjustments Guidance on identifying, requesting, and implementing adjustments that improve performance and reduce stress, whilst being mindful of organisational needs.

  • Improved communication and expectations Coaching helps both employee and manager understand how ADHD shows up at work, reducing friction and creating more predictable, supportive working relationships.

The benefits you’ll notice

  • Relief

  • Reduced overwhelm, burnout, and miscommunication

  • Stronger working relationships and shared understanding

  • Practical adjustments that genuinely support performance

  • A workplace environment that feels safer, calmer, and more sustainable

Workplace education

The biggest obstacle that I come across in relation to ADHD in the workplace is fear. Fear of not understanding; fear of getting it wrong; fear of everyone wanting extensive and costly adjustments adjustments

I offer sessions for individual managers and small teams. These will be tailored to you but can include:

  • What ADHD is

  • How it might show up in the workplace

  • Strengths and challenges

  • Practical guidance on conversations to be had around ADHD

  • Navigating the reasonable adjustments process

The benefits you’ll notice

  • Better communication and fewer misunderstandings

  • More confident, informed managers

  • A psychologically safer and more inclusive workplace

  • Practical adjustments that actually work

  • Increased employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention

  • A culture that recognises and values neurodivergent strengths

Neurodiversity education isnt just about compliance, It is about forward thinking; it is about colleague retention, talent spotting and getting the best out of the best people.

It is what successful businesses do.
